Creating Student Writing Assignments on Moodle

  1. In Moodle, switch ON the Edit mode.

  2. Under a topic, click Add content > Activity or resource.

  3. Select Turnitin LTI 1.3 for creating a Turnitin assignment.

  4. Next to Content, click Select content.

  5. Choose Student Writing to create a Turnitin Clarity assignment.

  6. Accept the Turnitin End-user License Agreement.

  7. Complete the Assignment Details, Rubrics, Report Settings and select Create Assignment.

  8. Students can select the Start Writing button to begin.
