The Tutorial Sign-up Management application is designed for the course teachers and course administrators to manage the students’ tutorial group registration. The Tutorial Sign-up Management application can be accessed through the My eLearning page of HKU Portal. (Note: Tutorial groups should be created in Class Planner and Room Booking System (CPRB) first in order to be displayed in Tutorial Sign-up Management application. CPRB can be accessed through the Examination Office’s website and navigate to “Centrally Timetabled Classrooms > CPRB”.)
After logging into HKU Portal, the teachers or course administrators can navigate “My eLearning” under the HKU Portal and access Tutorial Sign-up Management application.
If the course has disabled groups defined in CPRB, the disabled groups are hidden by default. The disabled groups can be shown or hide by toggling the button as shown below.
