Tutorial Sign-up Management Application (for Teachers and Course Administrators)

The Tutorial Sign-up Management application is designed for the course teachers and course administrators to manage the students’ tutorial group registration. The Tutorial Sign-up Management application can be accessed through the My eLearning tab of HKU Portal. (Note: Tutorial groups should be created in Class Planner and Room Booking System (CPRB) first in order to be displayed in Tutorial Sign-up Management applicationCPRB can be accessed through the Examination Office’s website and navigate to “Forms and Links” > “CPRB”.)

  1. After logging into HKU Portal, the teachers or course administrators can navigate “My eLearning” under the HKU Portal and access Tutorial Sign-up Management application via the hyperlink as shown below.

  2. Upon entering the Tutorial Sign-up Management application, you will see the list of your enrolled courses. You can click the hyperlink of “Manage registration” to view and edit the details of the students’ tutorial group registration of the course.

  3. There is the summary of the tutorial groups registration as shown. If you click the toggle button “Show Students List”, the list of student registration records for the tutorial groups will be displayed.

  4. In addition to viewing the students’ registration records, the teachers and course administrators can also update the students’ tutorial groups registration on behalf of the students in the Tutorial Sign-up Management application. You can click the toggle button to go back to the tutorial groups summary page.
