- Download the RMS sharing application from the links below:rms_x86.zip (32-bit version) / rms_x64.zip (64-bit version) NOTE: If you don’t know your PC is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows, please follow the procedure at here.

Extract the installer from the zip folder in your PC and double click “setup.exe” to start the installation.
- In the RMS sharing application installation window, click “Next” to start the installation.
- When the installation is completed, click “Close” to complete it.
- You will be prompted to sign in RMS sharing application when you use it at the first time. Please login in with PortalUID@hku.hk and HKU Portal PIN.
