The purpose of HKU e-Portfolio is to document students’ learning progress over time and evaluate students’ learning progress in applicable scenarios. Students can share their e-learning records with their advisors, teachers, mentors, peer students or external users.

Files accepted

Only image and PDF files are accepted on the e-Portfolio system. The upload quota for each account is 400MB.

If you are not the author, uploading other people’s work may constitute an act of copyright infringement. Files uploaded to the system is only for e-Portfolio purpose. e-Portfolio content will be accessible by the user and others who have been granted access.

Personal Information Collection Statements

  • The information provided will be used by the University for all purposes related to your use of the University’s computing and networking services.

    Personal data from SIS system will be used and transferred to employers with your prior consent.

    Personal data will not be transferred or stored into the third party platform, like LinkedIn, without your prior consent.

  • Submission of the form implies you have read, understood and agreed to obey all rules and regulations governing the use of the University computing and network services as stated in Staff Manuals and Student Handbooks.

  • If you use the online form to enquire information related to your usage of the University computing and network services, you will be required to enter your personal information for authentication purpose and the displayed usage information may be accompanied with your personal information.

  • For correction of and access to the personal related information collected by the Information Technology Services (ITS), you can submit a signed request to the ITS’s Data Protection Officer.
