Procedure to Access Staff Email (HKUCC1) via MS Outlook For New Users Open Microsoft Outlook 365, enter your email address UID@hku.hk and press Connect. Select Exchange. Enter your HKU Portal PIN. Uncheck the box Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too and press Done. The Outlook will then connect to the Exchange Server and synchronize your emails.
