Set up Email Forwarding for Exchange Online Using Webmail Interface (OWA)

  1. Select the gear button setting at the top right.
  2. Select View all Outlook settings.
  3. Select Email > Forwarding > check the box Enable forwarding > enter the forwarding email address > check the box Keep a copy of forwarded messages if applicable.
  4. Click Save to complete the setting.
  5. Uncheck the box Enable forwarding if you want to cancel the setup of an email forwarding rule.
