How to recover emails/items deleted from “Deleted items” folder? (Exchange Online – New Outlook, OWA and Outlook 2021)

A. Outlook on the web Interface (OWA) & New Outlook

  1. Click on Deleted Items folder on the left folder panel and then press Recover items deleted from this folder.

B. Outlook 2021

  1. Click on Deleted Items folder on the left folder panel and then press Recover items recently removed from this folder
  2. Click on Deleted Items folder on the left folder panel and then press Recover items recently removed from this folder

    or choose Folder at the top of Outlook, and then press “Recover Deleted Items”

  3. Choose the email you want to recover, click Restore Selected Items, press OK. The email will be restored to original location.
