You may use OneDrive for Business app to synchronize the files to a Windows PC.  Please stop the synchronization after you have downloaded all documents from your OneDrive folder.

To stop synchronization of a folder with Microsoft OneDrive,
  1. Click the “OneDrive for Business” icon 0365_student_onedrive01 under the taskbar. If you cannot see the OneDrive for Business icon, click the arrow button o365_student_onedrive02 on the left to show all icons.

  3. Choose “Stop syncing a folder…”.

  5. Select the folder “OneDrive – The University Of Hong Kong” and click “Stop syncing”.

  7. Click “Yes”.

  9. Click “OK”.

  11. The folder has stopped synchronizing with your OneDrive for Business account.
