For change of HKU Portal PIN, the new PIN will be effective in 10 minutes.
For change of HKU Portal UID, the effective time of the new UID is illustrated below:
Submission between 8:00 am and 00:45 am: 1 hour
Submission between 00:46 am and 7:59 am: after 9:00 am on the same day
