How long can Zoom cloud recordings be saved?

For cloud recordings, they will be kept for 180 days under the staff accounts and student accounts, or until the HKU Portal accounts are terminated (whichever is earlier) unless the recordings are deleted by the users. For the use of Zoom webinar, Zoom large meeting option and Zoom Events ordered by departments from ITS on a monthly subscription basis or a yearly subscription of less than 6 months, the retention period of the webinars, events and recordings will end upon the subscription expiry date. Users please back up their files before the end of the retention period.
