As Microsoft has changed the authentication mechanism on Oct 1 2022, the legacy protocols like pop3, imap4 will be the end of support on Microsoft outlook client. If you would like to use the legacy protocols, please change to using the thunderbird client.

Note: If you select IMAP configuration, all your emails and actions performed will be synchronized with the email server.
