Procedure to access webmail under MyEmail tab in HKU Portal
Access of webmail under MyEmail tab in HKU Portal maybe blocked by pop-up blocker, please follow the procedure below to disable the pop-up block.
1. Chrome
- At the end of the address bar, click the pop-up blocker icon
. - Click https://hkucc1.hku.hk/owa/auth.owa to access to HKUCC1 webmail interface.
- To allow pop-ups for the site, select Always show pop-ups from hcms-eportal.hku.hk.
2. Firefox
- Click Menu
button. - Select Options from the drop-down menu.
- Under Content, uncheck Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker and click OK.
- Restart Firefox.
3. Microsoft Edge
- Click on More actions
button. - Select Settings.
- Click View advanced settings button below “Advanced settings”.
- Turn Off toggle button under “Block pop-ups” to disable pop-up blocker.
- Restart Windows Edge.
4. Safari
- Open Safari.
- In the top left corner, click on Safari, then select Preferences….
- Select Security under “Preferences” pane.
- Uncheck the box Block pop-up windows.
- Restart Safari.
