The eNotices System is the primary communication channel supported by ITS for departments to disseminate information to University staff and students. The eNotices are placed in a centralized location – Notices for Staff/Students in the My Page tab of HKU Portal. In addition, selected eNotices will also be shown on Communal PCs, U-Vision TVs around the campus and Digital Signages in the Libraries. Besides, the new eNotices are consolidated into the HKU Daily Notices which is an email digest of new eNotices sending to staff and students every day.
To further increase the effectiveness of the communication channels, new bulkmails are also listed under HKU Portal. Staff and students can search both eNotices and bulkmails in one place via eNotices System.
There are two type of eNotices, namely Important Notice and General Notice serving notices of different nature.

Departments can assign submitters and approvers for using the eNotices System by completing CF25.
