Procedure to forward Staff Email (HKUCC1) messages to another email account

Webmail Interface (OWA)

* Note: Please use Internet Explorer to perform the setup.

  1. After login to webmail interface, select Settings settings on the top right corner.
  2. Choose Options.


  1. Go to Organize email, select New new.

  1. Click Create a new rule for arriving messages.

  1. Type a name for your rule.

  1. Under *When the message arrives, select Apply to all messages.

  1. Under Do the following, select Redirect the message to….

  1. Enter the email address you want in the To box, or choose it from your list of contacts.

  1. Choose OK to save your selections.

  1. Click Save to create the rule.
