Introduction

Staff are provided with the central email and calendar service running on Microsoft Exchange Server.  Apart from email, the following features are supported:

  • calendar
  • 15GB of email quota
  • contacts management
  • tasks reminder
  • multi-languages support
  • instant search of email and calendar contents and contacts information
  • integration with HKU Portal and single sign-on

How to access via HKU Portal and Email Clients?

Staff can access their emails via HKU Portal -> MyEmail tab or email clients such as Microsoft Outlook. For the setup procedures of email clients, please refer to FAQ – How to access the Central Email/Calendar Service (HKUCC1)?.
