- Go to https://mail.office365.com.
- Enter your HKUPortalUID@hku.hk and PIN. Click Sign In.
- Click Settings
at the top right. - Choose View all Outlook settings.
- Go to Mail > Layout, select the preferred layout.
- Click Save.
