Procedure on setting up automatic replies (out of office assistant)

A. Webmail Interface (OWA)

Note: Please use Microsoft Edge to set up automatic replies under OWA.  Other browsers such as Chrome or Safari may not work.
  1. After login to webmail (https://webmail.hku.hk), select Settings gear-wheel at the top right.
  2. Choose Set automatic replies.

  4. Set up automatic replies for your email account and click save to finish.

B. MS Outlook

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File.

  4. Select Automatic Replies (Out of Office).

  6. Set up automatic replies for your email account and click OK to complete.
