Procedure on setting up automatic replies (out of office assistant)

A. Webmail Interface (OWA) - Exchange Online

  1. Go to https://mail.office365.com.
  2. Enter your HKUPortalUID@hku.hk and PIN. Click Sign In.
  3. Select Settings setting at the top right. 
  4. Choose View all Outlook settings.
  5. Go to Mail > Automatic replies and set up automatic replies.  After completion, click Save.

B. MS Outlook

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File.

  4. Select Automatic Replies (Out of Office).

  6. Set up automatic replies for your email account and click OK to complete.
