Procedure to Access Staff Email (Exchange Online) on iOS Devices

  1. To add an Microsoft Exchange account to your iOS device, tap “Settings”.

  2. Select Mail > Accounts, choose “Add Account”.

  3. Select “Microsoft Exchange”.

  4. Enter yourPortalUID@hku.hk and click “Next”.
