POP
Outlook
Click the Windows icon > click > type Control Panel > press Enter.
Click User Accounts > Mail (Microsoft outlook).
Click Email Accounts… .
Click Change….
Click More Settings… and Next.
Click the tab Advanced and under “Incoming server (POP3)”, check This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS).
Thunderbird
Right click the account name and click Settings.
Click Server Settings, check Port no. is 995 and select SSL/TLS under Connection security.
Apple Mail
Go to Mail and click Preferences.
Under Accounts tab, click Server Settings.
Under Incoming Mail Server (POP), uncheck Automatically manage connection settings.
Enter 995 under Port and click Use TLS/SSL.
iOS
Open Settings and go to Mail.
Select Account.
Click Advanced.
Turn on Use SSL.
Android
ap Settings.
Go to Accounts and backup.
Select Accounts.
Tap Email Accounts > Account Settings > Incoming Settings.
Change Security type to SSL/TLS.
IMAP
Outlook

Click the tab Advanced and under “Incoming server (IMAP)”, select SSL/TLS under “Use the following type of encrypted connection”.

Click Server Settings, check Port no. is 993 and select SSL/TLS under Connection security.

Enter 993 under Port and check Use TLS/SSL.

Open Settings and select Mail.
Select Account.
Click Advanced.
Turn on Use SSL.
Android
Tap Settings.
Go to Accounts and backup.
Select Accounts.
Tap Email Accounts > Account Settings > Incoming Settings.
Change Security type to SSL/TLS.
