Check the Exchange Online Mailbox Usage of Staff/Departmental/Retiree Accounts/Shared mailboxes (Outlook client, Outlook on the web (OWA) and New Outlook)

A. Outlook Client

  1. After open Outlook, select File at the top menu.

B. Outlook on the web interface (OWA) - Exchange Online

  1. Go to https://mail.office365.com
  2. Enter your HKUPortalUID@hku.hk, click Next.

  3. Enter your HKUPortalUID@hku.hk; enter your PIN, and click Sign in.
